Email hello@thehyperlocal.app and a real person will reply, usually within 2 business days. Telling us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong helps us move faster.
Email us with the subject "bug report". The most useful details: a short description of what happened, what you expected instead, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot or screen recording if you can grab one.
If you ever feel unsafe on hyperlocal — at a hang, in a message, or because of someone's behavior — email us with the subject "safety". We treat these as priority and respond same-day during business hours. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency services first.
Email us with the subject "delete my account" from the address tied to your account. We'll confirm and remove your account and personal data within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy. Deletion is permanent.
Every email we send has an "unsubscribe" link in the footer — click it once and you're off the list, no follow-up steps. If the link isn't working, email us and we'll handle it manually.
Most emails get a reply within 2 business days. Safety reports get same-day attention during Pacific Time business hours. If you haven't heard back after 3 business days, your message may have hit a spam filter — feel free to nudge us.
Privacy policy at /privacy. Terms of use at /terms. Both are also linked in the footer of every page.
hyperlocal launches in Vancouver first — exact date and details are on the home page, where you can also join the waitlist. We'll email you when access opens up in your area.
